Michelle Alcott-Mills is a mother of three and a lifelong resident of Mesa. After spending several years as a firefighter, and later an Emergency Medical Technician, she was looking for a way to combine her emergency response skills, her Education and Counseling university degrees, and her entrepreneurial dreams. Soon after founding Safety on Site, her company was awarded the State contract to provide AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) and relevant training to all public facilities. However even though business was booming, Michelle started noticing cash flow trouble waiting for checks to come from the public clients.
